The Platform is exclusively for lawful business purposes by professionals, including but not limited to doctors, lawyers, and other VAT-registered entities.

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Represent a registered business or professional entity.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete registration details. Keeping this information up to date is your responsibility.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Subscription Fees

  • Fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • VAT and other applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the agreed fees and applicable taxes.

3.3 Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3.4 Currency Conversion

Users are responsible for currency conversion fees and exchange rate differences applied by their payment provider.

4. Use of the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or any unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Lionrun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8.2 No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Genoa, Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
